A little about me

Hi, I'm Emma, the face behind Beauty Bar by Emma.

I'm a wife and Mum to three beautiful children and have called Sydney's Northern Beaches home for most of my life.

My journey in the beauty industry actually began 15 years ago when I studied beauty therapy. While life took me in different directions for a little while, I found my way back to the industry four years ago when Vanity Hub Salon first opened.

I started out focusing on nails and lash extensions, which I still love, but over time I've discovered where my real passion lies — all things skin.

There's something so rewarding about helping clients feel confident in their own skin. I love learning about skin health, understanding different skin concerns and creating personalised treatments that deliver real, visible results.

For me, it's not just about how your skin looks when you leave the salon. It's about helping you understand your skin, building confidence and working towards long-term skin health.

I want every client who walks through my door to feel comfortable, relaxed and genuinely cared for. Whether you're visiting for a little self-care or starting your skin journey, I'm here to help you look and feel your best.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
